- Remaining balances are due by the date on your invoice or agreement.

Rental Terms
- Rentals are confirmed only after written approval and any required deposit or payment.

- You are responsible for providing safe, accessible locations for delivery, setup, and operation.
- You are responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of rental equipment from delivery or shipment until pickup or return, excluding normal wear and tear.
- Repair or replacement costs for damaged or lost items may be charged to you.
- You are responsible for supervising use of the equipment and ensuring participants follow safety rules and instructions.
Custom Orders
- You are responsible for providing accurate and lawful artwork, logos, and brand assets.
- Production begins only after you approve proofs in writing and submit any required payment.
- Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of material defects or errors that differ from the approved proof. Our sole obligation is, at our option, to repair, replace, or credit the affected items.
Intellectual Property
- You retain all rights to your logos, trademarks, and brand assets you provide to us. You represent that you have the right to use and provide these materials.
- Game On Promo retains all rights to any custom designs, game concepts, layouts, artwork, and other creative materials created by Game On Promo, excluding your own logos and brand assets.
- We may display images or descriptions of completed projects in our marketing, portfolio, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
