Event Equipment Rentals

Event equipment rentals are delivered and picked up by GameOnPromo or a contracted logistics partner.

  • Setup and teardown are included where noted on your rental agreement.
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and are shown in your quote or at checkout.
  • Rental delivery dates are scheduled in advance. Please confirm your event date and venue address at booking.

Physical Product Purchases

Branded games and promotional products purchased through our Shop Games page are shipped as physical items.

  • Custom-branded items typically require 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.
  • Orders ship via UPS or FedEx; oversized items may ship by freight.
  • Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Digital Downloads

Some products, such as game plans, DIY guides, templates, and printables, are delivered as digital files.

  • Digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase.
  • No physical shipping applies to digital products.
  • Download links are valid for 30 days. Please download and save your files promptly.
  • Digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded. For delivery issues, contact us with your order number.

Event Essentials & Affiliate Products

We may recommend event essentials like extension cords, LED lighting, and power strips that are fulfilled by third-party retailers (for example, Amazon).

  • These items are fulfilled and shipped directly by our retail partners.
  • GameOnPromo does not stock, pack, or ship these products.
  • Shipping timelines, returns, and customer support for these items are handled by the retailer.

Bundles & Mixed Orders

Some offers and bundles combine rentals, physical products, and digital items.

  • Each component in your bundle is delivered according to its own method above.
  • You may receive separate communications for rental scheduling, shipping tracking, and digital download links.
  • Bundle pricing does not automatically combine shipping or delivery fees. Please refer to your quote or checkout total.

General Policies

Report damaged or lost shipments for physical products within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can work with the carrier.

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping or venue address. Re-delivery or address correction fees may apply if incorrect information is provided.

Rental equipment is picked up after your event during the scheduled window. Late returns or no access may result in additional daily rental fees.
