Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds for branded game rentals and purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis. Due to the custom nature of our branding services, including full exterior wraps and custom play pieces, setup fees and branding costs are non-refundable once production has commenced.
2. RENTAL CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the non-refundable 50% deposit. Any amount paid above the deposit may be eligible for refund, less completed branding, production, administrative, processing, shipping, or other nonrecoverable costs.
Cancellations received 30 days or less before the event are non-refundable and are not eligible for any refund.
3. DAMAGED OR MALFUNCTIONING EQUIPMENT
In the rare event that equipment arrives damaged or malfunctions during your event, Game On Promo must be notified immediately via our service line at 888-677-8823. We will attempt to troubleshoot, repair, or replace the item. If the issue cannot be resolved and significantly impacts the event, a pro-rated refund or credit for that specific item may be issued at our sole discretion.
4. PURCHASE RETURNS
Standard non-branded purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in original packaging and unused condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Custom branded purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.
5. SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Game On Promo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. We recommend booking or purchasing well in advance of your event date to ensure timely arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10–15 business days. Credits toward future bookings are valid for one calendar year from the date of issuance.
