Q: How do I get a quote?
A: Fill out our Get a Quote form or call 888-677-8823. Most quotes are returned within 24 hours. Rush requests get priority response.

Q: What's the difference between custom games and rentals?
A: Custom games are built with your branding and shipped to you for keeps. Rentals are delivered for your event and picked up afterward — perfect for one-time activations.

Q: Can I order just one game, or do you have minimums?
A: Custom games can be ordered individually. Rentals have minimum duration requirements (typically 1-3 days). Bulk discounts apply to orders of 5+ units.

Production & Turnaround
Q: How long does production take?
A: Standard turnaround is 10-14 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders available in 5-7 business days where possible — ask when you quote.

Q: What file format should my logo be in?
A: Vector files preferred: AI, EPS, or PDF. High-resolution PNG or JPG (300 DPI minimum) also accepted. We'll send a free digital proof before production begins.

Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship nationwide?
A: Yes. Custom games ship via ground, expedited, or freight. Rentals in the Las Vegas metro area include setup and pickup. Nationwide rentals ship roundtrip with freight quotes for large items.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Calculated at checkout for custom game purchases. Rental shipping is quoted per event based on location, equipment size, and timeline.

Rentals
Q: What's included in a rental?
A: Delivery, setup, and pickup (Las Vegas metro). Nationwide rentals include roundtrip shipping. All rentals include basic operation instructions.

Q: What if equipment is damaged during our event?
A: You are responsible for equipment from delivery until pickup/return, excluding normal wear and tear. Damage costs may apply — detailed in your rental agreement.

Q: Can we extend our rental period?
A: Extensions require 48-hour notice and are subject to availability. Additional daily rates apply.

Artwork & Branding
Q: Can you help design our game artwork?
A: Yes. We offer basic layout services with your provided logo. Complex design work is quoted separately.

Q: What colors can you match?
A: We match Pantone colors where possible. Provide your brand color codes for closest match.

Payment & Policies
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Stripe, PayPal, and Chase Business Platform. Invoices accepted for established corporate accounts.

Q: Are deposits required?
A: Deposits may be required for rentals and large custom orders. Details provided in your quote.

Q: Are custom orders refundable?
A: Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable except for material defects or errors differing from the approved proof.
